Shipping Policy

North West Wholesale Pool & Spa will ship all confirmed orders within 2 business days along with an invoice and payment confirmation.  All items shipped will be new and in their original packaging.

DELIVERY METHOD:

Local pick up: 

Customers have the option of picking up their order in store at 1215 Border Street Winnipeg, MB during regular business hours.  An email confirmation will be sent to the customer once the order is ready for pick up.  If the order has not been picked up within 7 days, it will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee will apply.  A refund will be issued to the customer and a notice of refund sent via email.

Orders shipped within Canada: 

Shipped orders will be sent via Fed Ex or Vitran (larger items/palletized goods).  A shipping confirmation email will be sent with order tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary.  We are unable to guarantee and exact delivery date or time.  Customers may track their orders using the information provided in their shipping confirmation email.

Inspection:

Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. North West Wholesale is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves.

Any and all shortages and damages must be written on the Bill Of Lading or Freight Bill. Should you determine that any items are damaged or missing, you MUST note the item, the discrepancy, and the condition before you sign it.

When possible, please photograph the damaged product on the truck and off the truck for evidence that will assist with a product damage claim. Damaged product must be held in the customer’s possession up to 2 months. The shipping company has the right to inspect and/or claim the product if a damage claim is filed and or / paid by them.

The Buyer shall notify North West Wholesale of any latent defects, errors, damages or shortages, in writing, within thirty (30) days after delivery. If the Buyer fails to provide North West Wholesale with such written notice, documents or papers, all within the required time, the Buyer will be deemed to have waived such defect, error, damage or shortage and to have accepted the Goods as delivered and in working condition.
