- Choose the right time to soak in the hot tub. Soaking in the hot tub for 20 minutes before going to bed can help you get a better night’s rest. And who doesn’t love better sleep?
- Test your water. Ideally, you should test your hot tub water two to three times a week, depending on how frequently you soak.
